Tutorial: Cable stitch knitting with additional needle

So, while doing koolhas, I used a method which I think much better than if I use cable needle or just your fingers to hold the cabled stitch. This is 1 x 1 cable and on one of the rows, the cable must be done on all stitches. If it's only 2 - 3 cables, it'll be ok, but it's one whole row of cables, my hands got cramps for just holding the stitches.
